The studio has a spacious salon with a qualitative with 2 single beds, and 2 lounge chairs designed by Quinze & Milan & a small equipped design kitchen, bathroom (with bath, shower with walk-in sprinklers, sink and toilet). There is a spacious private garden (35m2) with table, 4 chairs, 2 deck chairs, parasol and a barbecue.
There is 1 parking for a car & a bicycle storage in the garden provided.
The studio has wifi.

Prices (in €)

Included in this price: rent of the studio, internet, water, gas and electricity. These prices are inclusive residence tax.
Not included: mandatory final cleaning by nr32 (50 euro) & bath and bed linen.
